Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing daily support to external and internal customers across all Chamberlain Group product lines.
• Utilize Salesforce to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports.
• Enter and manage orders in SAP.
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
• Support Inside and Outside Sales teams.
• Follow‑up with customers regarding the status of open orders and relay shipping information.
• Attend educational workshops and professional publications to maintain technical knowledge.
• Participate in projects as needed to contribute to the team effort.
