Job summary

Chamberlain Group in Oak Brook, IL, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join IT Enterprise Applications. You will manage Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement, administer users, roles, and security, and lead CI/CD releases.

The role requires 3+ years in Salesforce admin, Jira-based Agile project management, and certifications. You will build dashboards, enable GTM teams, and act as Scrum Master coordinating sprint work and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
ADM201 Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
3+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
3+ years of Agile project management experience, preferably with Jira.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce org: user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security.
Manage releases, sandbox refreshes, deployments, and CI/CD changes.
Design and optimize workflows, automation, validation rules, and SOPs.
Build dashboards and reports for leadership insights and engagement analysis.
Provide training and enablement for GTM teams; act as SME for evolving CRM needs.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and keeping sprint momentum.
