Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a CPG supply chain setting.
• Experience working directly with retailers; distributor experience a plus.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Act as the dedicated CSR for assigned retail and broker accounts.
• Monitor the full order lifecycle for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Inventory Planning.
• Maintain data accuracy in SAP’s Order Management system.
• Partner with 3PL providers for shipment tracking.
