Addison Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Burr Ridge, IL client in manufacturing/distribution. This contract role supports a busy team during a temporary leave, offering a Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and hourly pay of $22–$25.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, process orders in CRM/ERP, assist with product questions, and collaborate with warehouse and operations to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a product-based business.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process customer orders and maintain order information within the company's CRM/ERP system.
• Assist customers with questions regarding products, order updates, shipping, returns, and general account inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions or partnering with internal departments when escalation is needed.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Build product knowledge to confidently assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
• Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
