Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Call Center Representative for a client in Tysons, VA. This contract-to-hire role starts with onsite training and transitions to a hybrid schedule after completion.

You will handle inbound support, guide customers through dispute processes, and ensure proper documentation is collected to advance claims. Strong CS experience and bilingual proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 4+ years of progressive customer service experience in a web-based or call center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience using contact center platforms (e.g., RingCentral, Matterhorn, or similar systems).
• Background supporting large-scale or enterprise-level customer operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone and online support during core business hours.
• Guide consumers through dispute resolution and program eligibility steps.
• Assist with state-specific guidelines and general requirements.
• Follow up on pending documentation to move claims forward.
• Manage outreach tasks and special projects to support service level goals.
• Refer escalated concerns to leadership when required.
