Job summary

ECHO Incorporated is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative II to serve as a primary liaison for dealer accounts, delivering professional, efficient, and responsive support. The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/HR based on experience and qualifications.

This hybrid role offers work-from-home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility, with duties including handling dealer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or B2C.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with adherence to guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for dealer accounts, building strong professional relationships.
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate troubleshooting and effective solutions.
• Process and review orders, credits, and related account requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve moderately complex issues using established procedures and escalate as needed.
• Communicate resolutions and next steps clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold ECHO’s brand and service standards through high-quality communication.
• Follow all company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
