Arizona Supreme Court's Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a Court Operations Specialist V to enhance monetary enforcement through FARE. You will train staff, test financial procedures, and coordinate with courts and vendors to ensure accurate transaction handling.

The role involves direct customer service, data analysis, and collaboration with MVD and court systems. A hybrid schedule may be available after the initial months, with PSLF eligibility and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, tracking and communication skills; ability to work with judges and the public.
• Knowledge of FARE processes and court financial workflows preferred.

Responsabilités

• Trains court staff in-person and virtually on FARE procedures and best practices.
• Coordinates with AOC automation teams and field trainers for consistent messaging.
• Tests business procedures and financial transaction flows against systems and vendor software.
• Serves as primary contact for FARE inquiries via phone, email and tickets.
• Acts as liaison between customers and court staff with MVD on holds.
