Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an eCourt Services Lead - Specialist VII. This role leads complex statewide projects, analyzes court processes, data, and technology to support secure eCourt integration, and develops policies, procedures, and training materials.

The position coordinates with judges, IT staff, vendors, and agencies to identify improvements, manage data analysis, and ensure effective implementation of eCourt initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public or judicial administration or related field; seven years’ experience in court administration and operations.
• Experience in analysis of court operations or management with evaluation, documentation and improvement recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively with judges, court staff and the public; strong initiative and judgment; understanding of statutes, rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in complex statewide projects involving planning, research, analysis of court processes, data, and tech to support eCourt initiatives.
• Develop policies, procedures, training materials, and documentation to implement and enhance eCourt initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings among courts, judges, IT, vendors, and agencies to identify improvements and lead special studies and data analysis.
