The State of Arizona seeks a Court Operations Specialist V to support the FARE program, training staff and coordinating financial transactions across CCR, FARE vendor, and court systems. You will investigate discrepancies, provide customer service, and liaise with MVD on holds while supporting related court programs.

The role offers a hybrid-telework option after a three-month probation period and requires strong data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills within the Court Services

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and four years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to research financial transactions across multiple systems and communicate findings.

Responsabilidades

• Train court staff in FARE procedures and automation practices (in-person and virtual).
• Coordinate with AOC automation teams and field trainers for a uniform message.
• Test business procedures and financial transaction flows with CMS and vendor software.
• Serve as primary contact for FARE inquiries from courts and the public via phone, email, and tickets.
• Act as liaison between customers, court staff, and MVD regarding TTEAP holds.
• Provide back-up support to Debt Setoff and Inmate Release programs.
