Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an eCourt Services Lead - Specialist VII to manage complex statewide projects, analyze court operations, and develop documentation for eCourt initiatives. The role includes coordinating stakeholders and ensuring effective integration with eCourt programs.

Candidate should have a four-year degree in public or judicial administration and seven years of related experience; a hybrid-telework schedule may begin after three months, with PSLF eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in public or judicial administration, or related field.
• Seven years’ experience in court administration and operations with experience managing complex projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work with judges, court staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide projects that analyze court business processes, data, and technology.
• Develop policies, procedures, training materials and technical documentation for eCourt initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings between courts, judicial officers, IT, vendors and other agencies.
• Support implementation and ongoing enhancements of eCourt initiatives.
