Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a Court Operations Specialist V to enhance monetary court order enforcement through the FARE program. You will train staff, test procedures, and serve as a primary contact for inquiries.

The role involves coordinating between courts, CCR, and vendors, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. The position may offer hybrid telework after an initial three-month period, reflecting a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with four years of related experience or equivalent (e.g., accounting, financial operations, data analysis, training).
• Strong organizational, tracking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to research financial transactions across multiple systems and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Train court staff in FARE procedures and automation (in person and virtual).
• Collaborate with automation teams to ensure consistent messaging across courts.
• Test business procedures and financial transaction flows against court systems and vendor software.
• Serve as primary contact for FARE inquiries by phone, email, and tickets.
• Coordinate with Motor Vehicle Division on holds related to enforcement programs.
• Provide back-up support to related court programs as needed.
