Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking an Operations Processor II A (Corrections) in Houston to support the corrections team. You will review complex financial documents, process correction requests, and ensure accurate updates for client accounts.

The role requires 3+ years of business experience, familiarity with Excel, and preferred SAP/TAPS/Wire Transfer knowledge. This hybrid position blends in-office and remote work with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years business experience (VALIC experience is a plus).
• 1+ years’ experience creating and/or working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as a tool to prepare simple and/or complex calculations (preferred).
• SAP, TAPS and Wire Transfer experience preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal and external customers and other departments, researching all approaches to meet client needs.
• Maintain high work standards reviewing and processing complex financial documents and legal documents.
• Process correction requests while maintaining quality review standards, and time lines.
• Use positive customer relations skills to communicate accurately, clearly detailed and professional.
• Learn, understand, and interpret services offered in order to assess and correct errors to ensure compliance with products and services sold.
