Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking an Operations Processor II A (Corrections) in Houston to support the corrections team. You will review complex financial documents, process correction requests, and ensure accurate updates for client accounts.

The role requires 3+ years of business experience, familiarity with Excel, and preferred SAP/TAPS/Wire Transfer knowledge. This hybrid position blends in-office and remote work with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years business experience (VALIC experience is a plus).
• 1+ years’ experience creating and/or working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as a tool to prepare simple and/or complex calculations (preferred).
• SAP, TAPS and Wire Transfer experience preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping is preferred.

You will correct accounts on Retirement Services operating systems which may include but are not limited to the following: correct product features/services to the accounts, post funds and update required fields accurately, combine accounts, communicate directly with advisors and other key field representatives regarding corrective activity and ensure accuracy with all corrective activity.**About the Role**As a contributor at Corebridge you are the one the clients turn to in times of need.
