Corebridge Financial is seeking a Client Contribution Services Associate to join our Amarillo or Houston team in a hybrid role. You will prepare, format, and upload payroll contribution files, ensuring accurate and timely processing and proper posting to client retirement accounts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review and file formatting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll files or data uploads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare payroll contribution files in accordance with system and processing requirements.
• Upload payroll files and ensure successful system processing.
• Matching incoming client deposits with corresponding payroll uploads to ensure accurate contributions.
• Monitor system error reports to identify and resolve processing issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve file formatting issues and system errors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of file processing activities and issue resolutions.
• Ensure all processing deadlines are met in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve file processing efficiency and system workflows.
• Support operation consistency and accuracy within Client Contribution Services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
• Work across multiple applications and systems to complete tasks.
