Qualifications

• Experience working with payroll files, contribution processing, or data uploads preferred.
• Ability to identify and resolve system or processing errors.

Responsibilities

• Format and prepare payroll contribution files in accordance with system and processing requirements.
• Upload payroll files and ensure successful system processing
• Matching incoming client deposits with corresponding payroll file uploads to ensure accurate and timely posting of contributions
• Monitor system error reports to identify and resolve processing issues
• Research discrepancies between payroll files and deposits to ensure proper posting of contributions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve file formatting issues and system errors
• Maintain accurate documentation of file processing activities and issue resolutions
• Ensure all processing deadlines are met in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve file processing efficiency and system workflows
• Support operation consistency and accuracy within Client Contribution Services
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals
• Work across multiple applications and systems to complete tasks
