Qualifications

• Two years of experience in event planning.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the events team to support planning and execution of corporate events from concept through completion.
• Help bring event ideas to life by coordinating details for seamless attendee experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events are organized and executed with precision.
• Contribute to high-quality events that foster meaningful connections and positive experiences.
• Balance creativity and attention to detail while supporting multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
