About The Role

The Event Coordinator plays a key role in creating exceptional event experiences by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate meetings, programs, and special events. Working closely with event planners, vendors, hotels, and internal stakeholders, this role helps manage logistics, attendee communications, registrations, branding elements, scheduling, and onsite event support to ensure every detail is delivered seamlessly.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing events to life. From coordinating vendors and processing invoices to maintaining event data, supporting contracts and proposals, and assisting with venue sourcing, the Event Coordinator helps keep projects on track while contributing to memorable and successful events across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the events team to support the planning and execution of impactful corporate events from concept through completion.
• Help bring event ideas to life by coordinating details that create seamless and memorable attendee experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events are organized, engaging, and executed with precision.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality events that foster meaningful connections and positive experiences.
• Balance creativity and attention to detail while supporting multiple event initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Play an integral role in the success of world-class events by helping ensure every aspect runs smoothly.

Who You Are:

• Two (2) years of experience in event planning
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills*
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Moderate travel required (approximately 15–30%) for meetings, events, forums, and site inspections

Ideal to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• One (1) year of experience in the hospitality industry
