Job summary

Yardi is seeking an experienced Event Planner to deliver conferences, trade shows, and corporate events that strengthen client relationships and support growth. You will oversee venue selection, negotiations, registration management, on-site logistics, and post-event reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring marketing strategies to life.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with 4 years in event planning, 2 in contract negotiation, and strong hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 years of event planning experience including budgeting and logistics.
• 2 years in contract negotiation or trade event execution.
• 2 years of hospitality experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept through completion.
