Job summary

The role requires a highly organized project manager with strong budgeting, negotiation, and hospitality experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Four years of event planning experience including logistics, project management, and budgeting.
• Two years of contract negotiation or trade event execution.
• Two years of high-level hospitality experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept through completion.
• Manage event schedules, logistics, and organizational details to deliver successful experiences.
• Support objectives by creating events that boost client retention, increase sales opportunities, and expand brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with fellow event planning team members and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Deliver high‑quality events that showcase Yardi solutions and strengthen client relationships.
