Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support planning and execution of corporate events from concept to completion.
• Manage attendee communications, registrations, and branding elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engaging, well-organized events.
• Support contracts, proposals, venue sourcing, and onsite logistics.
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoicing, and data management.
