Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Corporate Event Manager to own a portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through execution. You will partner with leadership, employees, clients, speakers, vendors, and external partners to deliver engaging experiences across physical and digital environments.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, creativity, project management, technology, and live-event execution within a hybrid on-site schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional event management or corporate events experience.
• Experience managing in-person and virtual events.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors, venues, budgets, and event logistics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Develop timelines, budgets, production plans, run-of-show, and logistics.
• Coordinate venues, catering, AV, speakers, vendors, and partners.
• Lead on-site operations and post-event analysis.
