Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Corporate Event Manager to own our event programs from concept through execution. You will plan and manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, collaborating with leadership, clients, speakers, vendors, and internal teams.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, creativity, project management, technology, and hands-on live-event execution, with hybrid onsite expectations and a generous compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional event management or corporate events experience.
• Experience managing events from planning through execution.
• Experience with in-person and virtual events.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors, venues, speakers, budgets, and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, networking events, client events, webinars, and virtual programs.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle—from initial concept and budgeting through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, production plans, run-of-show documents, and logistical requirements.
• Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual production, technology, transportation, registration, speakers, vendors, and other event partners.
• Manage virtual and hybrid event platforms, technical rehearsals, presentations, speakers, and live-event production.
• Lead onsite event operations, including setup, registration, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, event flow, and breakdown.
