Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Corporate Event Manager to own programs from concept through execution. You will plan in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, coordinating with leadership, clients, speakers, and vendors to deliver engaging experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of event management, strong project and communication skills, and the ability to travel occasionally. Hybrid work with 2–3 onsite days weekly; 12-month contract with renewal prospects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional event management experience across in-person and virtual formats.
• Experience planning from concept through execution with vendors and venues.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, client events, webinars, and hybrid programs.
• Manage the full lifecycle from concept and budgeting to execution and post-event review.
• Develop timelines, budgets, run-of-show, and logistical requirements.
• Coordinate venues, catering, AV, tech, travel, registration, speakers, and partners.
• Oversee virtual/hybrid platforms, rehearsals, and live production; handle onsite operations.
• Build relationships with vendors, executives, and internal stakeholders; track metrics.
