Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Corporate Event Manager to own event programs from concept through execution. You will plan and manage a diverse portfolio of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, collaborating with leadership, employees, clients, speakers, vendors, and external partners.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, creativity, project management, technology, and live-event execution, with hybrid onsite expectations and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional event management experience.
• Experience planning and executing events from concept through delivery.
• Experience with in-person and virtual events.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors, venues, speakers, and budgets.
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in fast-moving events.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, networking events, client events, webinars, and virtual programs.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle—from concept, budgeting, through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual production, technology, transportation, registration, speakers, and vendors.
• Manage virtual and hybrid event platforms, rehearsals, and live production.
• Lead onsite event operations including setup, registration, and breakdown.
• Track attendance, engagement, expenses, and feedback for future improvements.
