Capital One is seeking an energetic Audit Manager to join the Corporate Compliance Audit team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on planning, performing, and leading enterprise-level audits across lines of business, with emphasis on compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of auditing experience, at least 5 years in compliance, and/or risk management.
• At least 3 years leading audits and serving as auditor-in-charge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and lead large/complex audits at enterprise level and across business lines.
• Design and perform compliance audit procedures; identify issues and document processes.
• Contribute to development of the annual audit plan and leverage analytics during audit lifecycle.
• Build relationships with internal and external management and communicate audit results clearly.
• Manage audit work and resources and provide feedback to the team.
