Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or compliance experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or MBA.
• Professional certifications: CIA, CPA, CRCM, CISA, or CBA.
• 2+ years banking/financial services experience.
• 2+ years auditing Bank and Support Functions areas.
• 2+ years data analysis in internal auditing.
• Experience with AI-driven tools in audit work and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of business activities, potential exposures and the materiality of loss. Design and perform appropriate audit procedures to verify the effectiveness.
• Design and execute internal control testing for operations of moderate complexity. Plan audit tasks of moderate difficulty.
• Leverage data and analytical tools during planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audit delivery.
• Leverage and audit generative AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and validate AI-driven insights against risk frameworks.
• Establish and maintain good client relations during engagements.
• Begin communicating results of audit projects to management via written reports and oral presentations.
