Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of auditing experience, at least 5 years in compliance, at least 5 years in risk management, or a combination.
• At least 3 years of experience leading audits and acting as auditor-in-charge.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in auditing in banking or financial services or related fields.
• 1+ years of data analytics experience and privacy compliance in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and lead large/complex audits at the enterprise level.
• Design and perform compliance audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes.
• Provide input into the annual audit plan.
• Leverage data analytics during planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases.
• Manage audit work and resources; mentor team members and provide feedback.
