Jobot is hiring a Controller for a growing real estate investment platform in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role oversees multi-entity accounting, investor funding, and cash management across the platform.

CPA preferred and a strong emphasis on internal controls and accurate reporting are essential. The position offers hybrid work, competitive base salary with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• CPA preferred or CPA-track with controller-level experience.
• Experience managing accounting across multiple entities or investment structures.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with multiple bank accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities and banking activity.
• Manage investor capital activity, documentation, and funding allocations.
• Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting by entity.
• Coordinate with CPAs, tax advisors, lenders, and investors as needed.
• Maintain audit trails and robust internal controls over cash and disbursements.
