Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Real estate fund structures understanding
• Experience with GP/LP structures, waterfalls, capital activity
• Strong month-end close experience
• Experience with investor allocations and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Perform and review fund-level accounting and financial reporting
• Manage accounting related to GP and LP structures
• Prepare and review capital calls and distributions
• Calculate and review investor allocations and waterfall calculations
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax providers, fund administrators, and other partners
• Support accounting and reporting for real estate investments and related entities
• Improve accounting processes and controls as the organization grows
