Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Financial Controller to join our growing Seattle-area team in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid-remote, permanent role with a strong salary/bonus/benefits package.

The ideal candidate has Real Estate exposure and at least five years of experience in revenue control and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Real Estate industry experience required.
• A minimum of five years’ experience with revenue control, financial reporting and cash handling responsibilities.
• Must be proficient with NetSuite/Oracle.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses.
• Adept at planning, organizing and controlling complex processes as well as analyzing moderately complex financial information.
• Experience with POS, cash and credit card reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities and relationships.
