NextStep Recruiting represents a premier Commercial Real Estate Developer / Hospitality Organization in Uptown Dallas seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting for CRE development and property management. The role requires 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership, experience with self-managed properties and 3rd party firms; CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Bachelor’s in accounting or related field; advanced degree/certifications a plus.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership in CRE development/management.
• Experience with self-managed properties and 3rd party accounting firms.
• Corporate accounting with consolidations, eliminations, and process/automation improvements.
