The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contracts, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and a dedication to confidentiality and excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in contracts or procurement administration.
• Experience with full contract lifecycle: preparation, routing, tracking, amendments, renewals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Strong written communication and customer-service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and e-signature platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, routing, tracking, and maintenance of contracts and related documentation throughout the full approval workflow.
• Maintain contract documentation efficiently while keeping confidentiality.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless contract administration.
• Generate reports on contract status and other tracking needs.
• Other duties as assigned in a hybrid work setting.
