Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5% for meetings and trainings.
• Fast-paced environment requires adaptability and problem solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process billing each monthly cycle.
• Retrieve and analyze data; present reports to management.
• Evaluate production data for trends and lead process improvements.
• Review internal controls and maintain documented policies.
• Communicate contract/billing changes to departments and update systems.
• Develop and maintain organized documentation for contract/billing data.
• Perform compliance reviews of various applications.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
