Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Contract Billing Analyst to join our Finance Ops team. The role supports Contracts Billing compliance, enters contracts, processes billing, and analyzes needs using PeopleSoft FSCM and advanced Excel.

This hybrid position is based in Monett, MO; Springfield, MO; Allen, TX; or Overland Park, KS with occasional travel. Responsibilities include monthly billing, data retrieval and reporting to leadership, and process improvements while maintaining data

Qualifications

18 months of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
Advanced experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Cross-team and department collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

Entering and processing billing every month end cycle.
Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts objectives.
Evaluate production data for trend analysis and recommend process improvements.
Evaluate internal controls and maintain documentation of policies and procedures.
Monitor contract and billing process changes and communicate updates to departments.
Develop and maintain organized documentation for contract and billing data.
Perform compliance reviews of various applications.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
