Jack Henry is hiring an Accounting Customer & Product Support Specialist III to support billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation inquiries. The role is hybrid, requiring one in-office day per week at a Jack Henry location (Overland Park, KS / Monett, MO / Springfield, MO / Allen, TX).

Salary range is $48,000–$60,000, based on location and experience. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in financial services, strong Excel skills, and customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience within a financial institution.
• Experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Intermediate experience utilizing Excel (pivot tables, formatting/filtering, formulas).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple and complex projects.
• Ability to support accounts receivable phone-queue 1 day a week from 8-5pm CST.
• Must be able to work core hours 9am-3pm CST.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, conferences.

Responsabilités

• Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies regarding collections management.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customer staff and management to ensure long-term billing relationships.
• Ensures timely communication with each customer.
• Interacts with customers by answering calls and researching AR questions.
• Resolves past due and disputed balances with customers.
• Makes adjustments to customers’ accounts receivable records.
• Tracks issues and researches reported billing issues.
• Manages resolution of billing and dispute issues for customers.
• Investigates delinquent and escalated accounts.
• May arrange terms of payment for delinquent accounts.
• Assists less experienced peers.
• May perform other duties as assigned
