Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Contract Billing Analyst to support the Finance Ops team. You will enter contracts, process and validate billing, and analyze needs across multiple systems, including PeopleSoft FSCM.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements. The position requires 18+ months in finance/accounting, advanced Excel, and strong communication. Travel up to 5% is expected, with a hybrid schedule at multiple office locations in Monett,

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, macros, formulas).
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
Good time management and data-analysis capabilities.
Detail-oriented with data accuracy focus.
Ability to travel up to 5% for meetings.

Responsibilities

Enter and process billing each month-end cycle.
Retrieve and analyze data and present reports to management for use in supporting billing and contracts business objectives.
Evaluate data for trend analysis and recommend process improvements.
Review internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements.
Monitor contract and billing process changes and communicate updates to various departments.
Maintain organized documentation of contract and billing data.
Perform compliance reviews of applications.
May perform other duties as assigned.
