Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team on a 6-month contract, with a Hybrid in-office presence requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. This role supports Finance, Legal, Real Estate and other areas, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and closing top talent while shaping recruiting strategy.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with senior leaders, and drive a positive candidate experience through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to partner with executives and senior leaders to drive hiring goals and program outcomes.
• Track record of delivering against goals within deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
• Experience navigating compensation conversations (base, equity, sign-on, and offers).
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market data and candidate insights.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with candidates and senior leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS and platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a variety of roles throughout Salesforce.
• Strategically partner with senior hiring leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and provide market intelligence.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill current openings and build pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and hire qualified talent.
• Collaborate with HR to drive recruiting from requisition to onboarding.
• Take direction while working independently and collaboratively.
• Coordinate with sourcing partners, recruiters, and peers to ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Contribute to team recruiting strategy and pipeline health reviews.
