Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a world-class recruiter to help bring in competitive talent for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, partnering with senior hiring leaders and influencing decisions with market intelligence.

This 6-month contract offers a hybrid work model with at least three days in-office per week, and opportunities to shape recruiting programs while building a robust candidate pipeline on our AI-driven talent platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to partner with executives and hiring managers to drive outcomes.
• Experience navigating compensation discussions (base, equity, sign-on) in tech.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and hire professionals across Salesforce roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and tradeoffs.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to build a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR to drive the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experience with recruiters and coordinators.
• Contribute to team strategy and pipeline health reviews.
