Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support Finance, Legal, Real Estate and other functions within a fast-paced corporate recruiting team.

You will source, vet, and close top talent, partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, and own full-cycle recruitment from requisition through onboarding. This six-month contract emphasizes high-touch candidate experience and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to partner with executives and senior leaders to drive hiring goals and strategic programs.
• Experience navigating compensation conversations including base, equity (RSU), sign-on, and competing offers in tech recruiting.
• Consultative, data-informed approach with market data, competitive intelligence, and candidate insights.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and senior technical leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS and related platforms (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across Salesforce roles.
• Strategically partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy and candidate profiles.
• Advise hiring managers and provide market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Develop and execute programs to fill openings and build robust pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to drive the recruiting process end-to-end.
