Hays Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support an RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company for 3-6 months. You will manage full-cycle hiring across technical, corporate, and operations roles, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and Hiring Managers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with Sourcers and Coordinators, own end-to-end recruitment, and maintain data integrity within the ATS to meet SLAs and deliver a high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an RPO, in-house, or agency setting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, corporate, or service roles in the renewable energy sector preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake to offer.
