You will energetically cultivate relationships with managers, execute a best-in-class recruitment process, and leverage market data to develop tailored hiring strategies at scale. This contract role offers opportunities to grow with the People Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience with Workday and related platforms; Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Ability to navigate sourcing and recruiting challenges.
• Strong data affinity and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with managers across the organization to source top candidates.
• Execute a best-in-class end-to-end recruitment process.
• Advise leaders on market trends and competitive hiring strategies.
• Identify strong candidates and manage their hiring journey with care.
• Represent CLEAResult professionally with candidates and vendors.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance our mission.
