RenewableWorks is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with our recruiting team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage applicant records, source candidates for solar-related roles, and ensure applicants have an excellent hiring experience.

This remote-ready position is based in TX, United States, with collaboration across external applicants and internal teams. Perfect candidates are exceptionally organized, possess superb communication, and can problem-solve and shift focus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ general work experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales required.
• 1+ year of administrative support/coordination experience required.
• Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and updates applicant and associate records within our CRM systems.
• Forms network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates for temporary labor in construction, focusing on solar.
• Maintains regular contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.
• Corresponds with candidates on hiring status via phone and/or email.
• Assists recruiting team in all phases of the hiring process.
• Works at Job Fairs occasionally, setting up displays and interacting with potential employees and customers.
• Handles phone traffic, schedules appointments, and maintains office email inbox traffic.
• Assists in sending out links to job applications and onboarding paperwork and updating results in tracking systems.
