SunEnergy1 is seeking a proactive, results-driven Contract Recruiter / Sourcer to support talent acquisition across our growing solar and energy infrastructure business. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for engineering, construction, project management, and corporate roles.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with strong sourcing skills, capable of building pipelines, and experienced in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Proven success sourcing for technical, engineering, construction or PM roles.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong candidate engagement and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines independently.
• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, EPC or construction recruiting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, project management, field operations, and corporate roles.
• Engage passive candidates and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to prioritize requisitions and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in the ATS.
• Support job postings and candidate follow-up as needed.

This individual will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for technical, engineering, construction, project management, and corporate positions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills, the ability to build talent pipelines, and experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, project management, field operations, and corporate positions.
• Proactively engage passive candidates and build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize requisitions and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity, and pipeline updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Support job postings, candidate follow-up, and other recruiting activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for technical, engineering, construction, or project management roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong candidate engagement, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and meet recruiting deadlines independently.
• Experience in renewable energy, utilities, EPC, or construction recruiting preferred.
• Based in the Charlotte, NC area and available to support in-person collaboration as needed.

• Timely execution of sourcing and screening activities.

Contract Details

This is a 6 month assignment with the ability to be extended. This role will provide additional recruiting capacity to support hiring demands and reduce reliance on external staffing agencies.
