CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to impact hiring for a mission-driven energy solutions team. You will guide qualified candidates through a fast-paced recruitment process, advise leaders on market trends, and help shape scalable hiring practices across the organization.

You will build relationships with managers, optimize the recruitment workflow, and represent the CLEAResult brand with professionalism and integrity. This role emphasizes strong collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
• Experience with Workday; Paradox is a major differentiator.
• Affinity for data and its application in recruitment success.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and current hiring patterns.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate relationships with managers to source exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process and continuously improve it.
• Advise managers on market trends, strategies, and competitive analysis for complex hiring needs.
• Identify strongest candidates and guide them through the hiring experience with passion.
• Represent CLEAResult and collaborate with vendors and other teams.
• Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate across the People Team.
