This role offers close collaboration with senior leaders in a high-touch environment and visible impact on hiring outcomes. The contract recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, build pipelines, conduct interviews, and deliver a superior candidate experience in a hybrid Chicago setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in management consulting or professional services.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple searches in a high-volume, high-touch environment.
• Proficient with recruiting technologies and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes through offer acceptance across multiple consulting and advisory practices.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring stakeholders to align on profiles and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and build pipelines.
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage feedback flow.
• Provide stakeholder updates, market insights, and pipeline reporting.
