Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the plant HR team in Chicago for a 3–6 month contract. You’ll drive recruiting execution, screen candidates, schedule interviews, update the SuccessFactors ATS, and handle candidate follow-up to keep hiring on pace.

The role focuses on high-volume workflows with attention to detail and strong communication, onsite in Chicago, IL. Compensation is $30–$40/hour with benefits eligibility for consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume administrative work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workflows at once (scheduling, systems updates, candidate follow-up).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-based tasks.
• Confident communication style with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and on track.
• Prior ATS experience required (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Ability to work primarily onsite in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone screens and qualify candidates for production and technical openings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment testing (including Ramsay assessments).
• Move candidates through the ATS (SuccessFactors) with clean, accurate documentation.
• Own high-touch candidate communication and follow-up to reduce drop-off.
• Coordinate background checks, offer approvals, and onboarding steps tied to the hiring lifecycle.
• Support high-volume hiring where requisitions can generate large applicant pools.
• Partner closely with onsite HR leadership and HR generalists to keep day-to-day hiring operations running smoothly.

LaSalle Network is partnering with a , process-driven manufacturing organization to add an Recruiting Coordinator to their plant HR team during a critical hiring push tied to upcoming production cycles.

In this role, you’ll be the engine behind recruiting execution, screening, coordinating interviews, updating the ATS, , and candidate follow-up, so the HR team can keep hiring on pace.
