North Bridge Staffing Group in Chicago is seeking a Recruiting Contractor to join a collaborative recruiting team. This role is ideal for a junior recruiter or recruiting coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys managing candidate pipelines from application through offer.

The position is hybrid in Chicago with Tue-Thu onsite and Mon & Fri remote, roughly 30–35 hours per week, flexible up to 40 during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes and managing candidate pipelines.
• Experience working in an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for recurring Contact Center classes.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Move candidates through recruiting process including video interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Manage multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting cycles.
• Partner with recruiting team to keep processes moving.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
