LaSalle Network, a leading staffing firm in Chicago, seeks a Sr. Recruiter specializing in Engineering & Supply Chain. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process, build client and candidate relationships, and drive solutions in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

The role demands 2–4 years of agency recruiting experience, specifically in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, with a hybrid onsite Fri remote model and strong closing abilities guiding success.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in Engineering & Supply Chain.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry.
• Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions.
• Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals.

Senior Recruiter (Engineering & Supply Chain) Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in the Engineering & Supply Chain field
• Candidates without prior Engineering & Supply Chain recruiting experience will not be considered for this role.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry.
• Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain
• Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best‑in‑class hiring solutions
• Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
• Proven success working in a performance‑driven environment
• A proactive, self‑starting attitude with excellent time management skills
• Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team‑oriented company
• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
• This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $70,000-$80,000 and anticipated OTE is $100,000-$130,000, with uncapped commissions.
