Job summary

LaSalle Network has partnered with a national leader to hire a Contract Recruiter for high-volume roles across the Southwest, including Arizona. This role offers a blend of sourcing, outreach, and candidate management in a growing recruiting team.

The ideal candidate is proactive with solid Boolean skills, familiar with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and able to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, automotive, autobody, technician, or related roles.
• Strong sourcing, candidate research, and passive outreach skills.
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring partners.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed is preferred.
• Experience recruiting within Arizona or the broader Southwest region is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting efforts across the Southwest region.
• Recruit for skilled-trade, automotive, autobody, technician, and shop-level positions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct proactive outreach to both active and passive candidates.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Build and maintain qualified talent pools for current and anticipated openings.
• Screen candidates and assess alignment to role requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
• Manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting details within Workday.
• Coordinate candidates through the recruiting process and maintain consistent communication.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to keep positions moving forward efficiently.Develop an understanding of local talent markets and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives as business needs evolve.

LaSalle Network has partnered with a national leader in the vehicle and motor manufacturing space to help hire a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Southwest region. This Contract Recruiter Region role is exciting because you’ll join a growing recruiting organization during a regional expansion, with the opportunity to make an immediate impact by building pipelines and helping the team move quickly through high-volume hiring needs.

Our client is looking for a Contract Recruiter who is proactive, resourceful, and confident using creative sourcing strategies (including Boolean) to engage both active and passive candidates.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring partners.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed is preferred.
• Experience recruiting within Arizona or the broader Southwest region is preferred.
• Metaview experience is helpful but not required.

• Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
