Lighthouse Credit Union in Dover, NH is looking for a Contact Center Sales Representative I to help members with lending and deposit needs across phone and digital channels. You’ll partner with internal teams to complete loan production and promote deposit products.

The role emphasizes effective communication, relationship building, and adherence to policies while supporting the Member Care team. Hybrid work requires in-person days at the Dover headquarters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and apply relevant laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Serve members with lending and deposits inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Act as primary lending resource for credit cards, personal and auto loans.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for ancillary loan products.
• Conduct outbound calls to deepen member relationships.
• Complete lending and member service activities and follow-up calls.
• Support Member Care with member service calls and adhere to punctuality.
